By registering, searching, purchasing, or otherwise using the M-Kazi Jobs website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
M-Kazi Jobs connects job seekers with potential employers and recruiters by providing access to candidate profiles, CVs, and related job data.
3. User Accounts
- You must register for an account to purchase candidate details or access your history.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
4. Use of Data
Candidate details (including mobile numbers and email addresses) are for recruitment purposes only. You may not share, resell, or misuse purchased candidate data.
5. Payments
Payments are made via M-Pesa. All payments are final and non-refundable once candidate details are revealed.
6. Candidate Information
M-Kazi Jobs does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of candidate information. We are not responsible for false, outdated, or misleading data.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Use of the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or overload the system.
- Scraping or harvesting data outside the intended purchase process.
8. Limitation of Liability
M-Kazi Jobs is not liable for damages arising from use of our platform. We do not guarantee job placements, hiring outcomes, or suitability of candidates.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse candidate data, or engage in harmful activity.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved in Kenyan courts.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
